The Kenza Foundation is supporting every year the studies abroad of two students in Arts and History of Art from prestigious universities in Paris. Scholarship for each student is up to €10,000 for the academic year 2011/2012.

Project summary.

ISIR (Institute of Intelligent Systems & Robotics) (former Laboratoire de Robotique de Paris,) of Paris 6 University studies neuro-cognitive human-space interaction in order to design and realize prototypes of intelligent systems, robotics and mechatronics systems, highly autonomous and/or able to assist healthy and handicapped (especially visually
impaired), in performing everyday life tasks.
In this thesis we intend to investigate different navigation strategies used by human and animal during the navigation in indoor and outdoor environments. A cognitive map built from extra- and intra pro pro prioceptives data seems to be a central and key element of such navigation (similar to this established during the SLAM by robots ?). This thesis

The aim of this phd is to develop a new approach for the discretization of realistic models for polymer flows. The theoretical part of the thesis will be accompanied by the development of a computational code for the numerical simulation of nonisothermal non-newtonian flows with nonlinear differential laws. This software will be based on the incompressible flow solvers and related tools developed at LMA. This thesis is part of an interdisciplinary collaboration.

Pemerintah Prancis, melalui Kedutaan Prancis di Jakarta, telah menawarkan kembali program beasiswa bagi warga Indonesia yang ingin melanjutkan jenjang studi S2 dan S3 mereka ke Prancis. Beasiswa ini diberikan kepada para pegawai pemerintahan, dosen, maupun bagi mahasiswa (dengan prioritas bagi mereka yang menyangkut program kerjasama antara Prancis dan Indonesia) untuk jenjang :
- S2, dengan durasi maksimal 2 tahun
- S3, dengan durasi maksimal 3 tahun (only on a shared cost basis)

The Ecole Normale Superieure de Lyon (ENS Lyon) offers a Master degree in the following fields: mathematics and applications, computer science , physics, chemistry, molecular and cellular biology, and Earth science.

The ENS Lyon organizes an international selection for Master studies exclusively reserved for foreign participants. This selection is aimed at the most outstanding recent graduates and students currently in their final year of undergraduate studies. Candidates may apply for the first or second year of master studies. If accepted, they then become ENS Lyon International Students and receive a monthly allowance of 1,000 euros. The scholarship is awarded for one academic year and is renewable for a second year in order to obtain a Master. Renewal depends on the participants academic achievement.
