International Graduate Program on Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering at Saitama University. The program offers excellent opportunities to highly qualified international students for pursuing graduate studies and research in the field of Civil and Environmental Engineering. This program first started accepting students in 1992 and has since awarded Master’s and Doctorate Degrees to 268 students from 24 countries. Currently, we have 71 students from 14 countries enrolled in the program.
