* Part-time Lecturers in MM - Strategic Marketing
Job Description :
MM - Strategic Marketing, BiNus Bizschool is seeking part-time faculty to teach courses in MARKETING particularly in the area of consumer behavior, brand management, marketing research, distribution, advertising/communication, sales management, marketing services for its postgraduate program. We provide courses that are both theory-based and of immediate practice relevance.

Requirements:
a. Min. education S2 in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Psychology or other Social Science related and a commitment to qualify teaching of marketing courses
b. Has min. 8 years working experience in marketing at the relevant industry is necessary
c. Prior teaching of executive development programs, public courses or any postgraduate program is desirable
d. Skillful and knowledgeable to develop and manage the marketing executive education programs

General requirements:
1. Graduate in recognized School/Institute/Academy/University background
2. Has initiative and team work
3. Excellent written and spoken English with min. TOEFL score 550 or equivalent
4. Good analytical & conceptual thinking, creative & innovative
5. Computer literacy and internet skill
6. Agree and willing to work on Saturday
7. Commitment to teach for at least 1 full semester and able to teach 3-4 hrs/week on business days during office hours

* Full-time Lecturers in MM - Finance and Investment
Requirements:
a. Min. education S2 in Business or in Finance preferably overseas graduate; A good Doctorate degree in related field is a plus point
b. Has min. 2 years as S2 lecturer in good educational institution, preferably has experience as Subject Coordinator
c. Has earned good marks from students in past teaching experiences
d. Preferably to have at least 5 years significant work experience in Finance function of an industry or in Financial institutions
e. Has managerial skill to manage academic excellence
f. Able to teach one to two (preferably) from the following subjects: Financial Management, Fixed Incomes, Derivatives, Financial Institutions, International Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Management, Cash Flow Modeling, Corporate Finance Strategies, Risks Management

General requirements:
1. Graduate in recognized School/Institute/Academy/University background
2. Has initiative and team work
3. Excellent written and spoken English with min. TOEFL score 550 or equivalent
4. Good analytical & conceptual thinking, creative & innovative
5. Computer literacy and internet skill
6. Agree and willing to work on Saturday

* Adjunct Faculty/Lecturers in MM - Finance and Investment
Requirements:
a. Min. education S2 in Business or in Finance preferably overseas graduate; A good Doctorate degree in related field is a plus point

* Research Assistant (40 hours, 18 months) with S2 FULL SCHOLARSHIP in BiNus University*
Requirements:
a. Min. education S1 with top 10% class (GPS minimum 3.00) in any discipline from accredited top-rated university in Indonesia and overseas, graduated not later than year 2004
b. Computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel. (Knowledge of SPSS is an advantage)
c. Research experience and report writing skills
d. Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision
e. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
f. Obtaining a recommendation letter from Dean or Head of Department
* RAs will not be offered any salary, allowances and insurance

b. Has min. 5 years proven track record working experience in educational institution
c. Has interest to develop case studies & case writings (have written and published case studies will be an advantage)

General requirements:
1. Graduate in recognized School/Institute/Academy/University background
2. Has initiative and team work
3. Excellent written and spoken English with min. TOEFL score 550 or equivalent
4. Good analytical & conceptual thinking, creative & innovative
5. Computer literacy and internet skill
6. Agree and willing to work on Saturday

* Program Coordinator/Full-time Lecturers in MM - Strategic Marketing
Requirements:
a. Min. education S2 in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Psychology or other Social Science related and a commitment to qualify teaching of marketing courses
b. Has min. 8 years working experience in marketing at the relevant industry is necessary
c. Prior teaching of executive development programs, public courses or any postgraduate program is desirable
d. Has excellent writing skills and evidence of scholarly work
e. Has experience developed ongoing interest to conduct academic research
f. Has ability to become the central point of contact for all marketing course instructors and participants
g. Skillful and knowledgeable to develop and manage the marketing executive education programs

2. Has initiative and team work
3. Excellent written and spoken English with min. TOEFL score 550 or equivalent
4. Good analytical & conceptual thinking, creative & innovative
